Open Plans
Check your current access and its end date or next renewal. School payment management depends on your role.
Review the selected option
Before paying, check capacity, the billing period, and the final amount on screen. Do not rely on old screenshots or messages.
Cancel renewal if needed
If automatic renewal is enabled, use the cancellation action and check the updated status. Paid access continues until the end of the current period.

Troubleshooting
I paid but my access has not updated
Check that you are signed in to the account you paid for. Contact support with your account email, payment time, and confirmation; do not send full card details.
